Order management: Accepting new orders

For years, it was only possible to submit a new order for the placement/exchange/removal/emptying of a dumpster or roll container by email or telephone. Although Rubosoft supports these channels to the maximum, there are now better ways that in many cases make emailing or calling unnecessary. The most important ones are listed below.

EBA message exchange

Although the EBA offers limited functionality and is only suitable for exchanging data between waste companies that both support this standard, this is easy to set up within Rubosoft and is then immediately active. In this way, both outgoing trips to external processors and incoming trips from external transporters/collectors can be registered fully automatically, after which the weighing data is also exchanged automatically. The correct use of this can already save quite a bit of email and telephone traffic, and that is a bonus.

Webshop link

When you work with standard webshops for container rental, such a webshop can usually be linked easily, after which orders from the webshop are offered directly in Rubosoft. And that of course saves telephone calls and e-mails.

External link

In situations where EBA support is not possible or a simple webshop link does not offer sufficient functionality, it is possible to exchange order data via an external link. This extensive link ensures that both Rubosoft and the linked system continuously have access to the most up-to-date order data, so that both parties can take action directly at any time. This concerns, for example, adjusting or cancelling the order, exchanging photos taken, monitoring the status, etc. etc. And of course that saves quite a few e-mails and telephone calls.

Customer portal

Rubosoft offers a customer portal that can be used via both a web portal and a mobile app (Google / Apple). Depending on the settings, customers can easily create orders, add service locations (=works), see where the driver is located live and accept orders after execution. Experience shows that using the customer portal takes a lot of work off your hands and also provides maximum support for the invoicing process.
