Last week, a new version of the Rubosoft driver app was launched and it is now active for most of our customers' drivers. With this version, it is now possible to easily indicate filling levels when carrying out role assignments. What else is possible so far with version 1.77 of the app, which is now available in Google Play? The most important things in a row:
A clear and easy-to-use route list, with clearly indicated additional information for the driver.
Choosing the right containers is supported with dynamic selection lists so that errors are avoided.
The result of the assignment can be selected quickly and easily via colored buttons, depending on the type.
In the event of deviations, photos can easily be taken that are automatically added to the order.
The accompanying letter can always be requested immediately and can be quickly shown to the competent authority.
It is possible to request a signature from executors that is immediately added to the order.
The driver can easily call the responsible customer/executor via the telephone button. Navigation buttons in the route list lead directly to the correct location, taking into account current traffic jams, among other things.
The location of the driver and the status/progress are updated live in the correct planning screen.
The planner can contact the driver directly by sending notifications.
Changes in the planning are implemented live in the app, so that the information is always up to date.
